Our director, Kurji Kerai, first came to London in 1979 from Nairobi after spending most of his youth there and in Gujarat.
After working 12-hour shifts for several different building companies for a number of years, Kurji knew he wanted to start his own company.
In 1990, Kurji launched Elmpride Ltd which provided building and carpentry services, and over time he began to specialise in damp proofing and waterproofing – which has blossomed into what we have today.
